Refund Policy

1. Overview
At YouSafe Consultancy, operated by Youssef Hammoud in Toronto, Canada, we are committed to providing high-quality immigration consulting services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established this Refund Policy to ensure fair treatment for all our clients.
2. Consultation Fees
Initial consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place. If you cancel a scheduled consultation at least 48 hours in advance, you may reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation are non-refundable.
3. Service Package Refunds
Refunds for service packages are calculated based on the work completed at the time of cancellation:
- Before work begins: 90% refund (10% administrative fee)
- Document review stage: 70% refund
- Application preparation stage: 50% refund
- After application submission: No refund
4. Government Fees
Government fees paid to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) or other government agencies are non-refundable through YouSafe Consultancy. These fees are paid directly to the government and are subject to their own refund policies. We are not responsible for refunding any government fees.
5. Application Refusals
If your visa, study permit, or immigration application is refused by IRCC or any other government authority, you are not entitled to a refund of our consulting fees. Our services involve preparing and submitting your application according to best practices, but the final decision rests with the government. However, we offer discounted rates for re-applications if you choose to apply again with our assistance.
6. Mentorship Packages
Monthly mentorship packages may be cancelled at any time with 14 days written notice before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial months. Quarterly mentorship packages are non-refundable once the quarter has begun, but unused sessions may be credited toward future services at our discretion.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us in writing with the following information:
- Your full name and contact information
- The service package or consultation purchased
- Date of purchase and payment method
- Reason for requesting a refund
8. Processing Time
Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
9. Exceptions
We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis in extraordinary circumstances. Any exceptions are at the sole discretion of YouSafe Consultancy and do not create precedent for future refund requests.
10. Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, you may contact us to discuss your concerns. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
