1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by YouSafe Consultancy ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by Youssef Hammoud, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. YouSafe Consultancy is based in Toronto, Canada, and provides immigration consulting services to international students.

2. Services Provided

YouSafe Consultancy provides immigration consulting services including, but not limited to: study permit and visa consulting, university and college admission support, post-graduation work permit (PGWP) and permanent residency pathway guidance, settlement and integration consulting, and ongoing mentorship packages. Our services are advisory in nature and do not guarantee any specific immigration outcome.

3. No Guarantee of Approval

While YouSafe Consultancy strives to provide accurate and helpful advice, we cannot and do not guarantee approval of any visa, permit, or immigration application. All immigration decisions are made solely by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) or other relevant government authorities. Our role is to assist you in preparing the strongest possible application.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all documents and communications. You are responsible for meeting all deadlines set by educational institutions and government agencies. You agree to promptly respond to requests for additional information or documentation. You understand that misrepresentation to immigration authorities is a serious offense under Canadian law.

5. Fees and Payment

Service fees are outlined in your service agreement and must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule. We accept credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer. All fees are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. Government fees (such as IRCC application fees) are separate from our consulting fees and are paid directly to the relevant authorities.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we handle your data.

7. Limitation of Liability

YouSafe Consultancy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for delays or denials by government agencies or educational institutions.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any fees incurred up to the termination date. Refunds for terminated services are subject to our Refund Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
